Pls help for depression...Ayurvedacharyas

I am a doc from India recently moved to USA since 4 months. I have been facing severe depression and culture shock. I visited many doctors and now they have put me on Trazodone tablet (Antidepressent) . I have to take that for at least 1 month, there are many side effects of it like dry mouth, headache etc.. Can you prescribe a good antidepressent in brand baijnath or charak or combination so that I can continue after 1 month of this medication. I beleive that ayurveda will help me in a better way with less side effects. Thanks

u can take saraswtharishta 3tsp bd and smrithisagararasa 1/2 bd for 1 month. it will surely help. thank u
