Kati Basti, Janu Basti, Greeva Basti & Hrid Basti are the retention of medicated oil over the low back, knee joint, back of the neck & near the heart region respectively.

Kati Basti
Is indicated in low back pain, lumbar spondylitis, muscle strains, slip disk, sciatica, etc.
Janu basti
Is indicated in knee joint pain, osteoarthritis, degenerative changes of the knee, etc.
Greeva Basti
Is indicated in neck pain, cervical spondylitis, frozen shoulder, etc.
Hrid Basti
Acts as rejuvenating for the organ of heart. It strengthens the heart muscles and increases the strength and vitality at a very essential level.
